All reasonable steps have been taken to enforce the safe distancing guidelines to protect both our guests and employees to help prevent the transmission risk.
Signs have been placed throughout the hotel to warn guests of the safe distancing guidelines.
The capacity in all areas of the hotel will be limited to enable a safe environment for our guests and employees.
All appreciate areas will be disinfected with anti-bacterial chemicals and electric ULV cold fogger nebulizer atomizer Sprayer on a regular basis.
Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place across the hotel, particularly in communal areas and at touch points including:
Taps and washing facilities
Toilet flush and seats
Door Handles and push plates Handrails on stairs cases and corridors Food preparation areas
Dining surfaces and seating areas
Guest bedrooms will be completely sanitised after each stay with anti-bacterial chemicals and electric ULV cold fogger nebulizer atomizer Sprayer. Our housekeeping team have completed additional training to enhance our cleaning procedures.
All diners will be strongly encouraged to make a table reservation at check in as we are limiting our dining capacity. For the comfort and piece of mind of all our diners all menus have been laminated and will be cleaned after each use. Menu are available on request.
All employees are required to practice frequent hand washing using soap and water or anti-bacterial gel (where soap and water is not available). When entering the building, after coughing or sneezing and after using the washrooms.
Regular temperature checks will be in place for all employees. Anyone displaying a high temperature, or any signs of Covid-19 will not be allowed entry to the hotel in order to safeguard the wellbeing of guests and other staff in the hotel.
Any updated procedures including the use of PPE, safe distancing or hygiene protocols specified by the government or World Heath organisation will be implemented immediately.
Employees will keep to the required safe distancing guidelines. Where this is not possible additional measures will be put in place and adhered to in order to provide the level of service required.
Employees are required to inform their manager if they or any of their household show any Covid-19 symptoms.
Any employee starts to feel ill whilst on duty must immediately separate themselves from other employees and guests and advise their manager.
Guest Responsibilities Hygiene
Guest will be required to use the anti-bacterial gel upon entering the building. Sanitising stations have been put in key points around the hotel and guests are encouraged to use them especially after coughing or sneezing and after using the washrooms.
Signage of safe distancing have been placed around the premises and guests are required to observe the safe distancing and any other government guidelines at all times.
Guest are asked not to come to the hotel if they are showing any symptoms of Covid-19.
Thermal temperature checks will take place for every person entering the property and anyone displaying a high temperature or any signs of Covid-19 will not be allowed entry to the hotel in order to safeguard the wellbeing of other guests and our staff.
If as a resident you start to feel unwell during your time in the hotel, please return to your bedroom and follow government advice to gain medical assistance.
If as a non-resident you start to feel unwell, move to an area not in use by other guests and seek medical advice or return home. DO NOT remain in the hotel.
